The Klofie Crew was established as a voluntary association of members with perpetual existence independent of its members.
Vision
The Vredekloof Supporters Club is dedicated to creating unity, support and bonds between parents, educators and the community and thereby keeping the morale, motivation and passion for the development of Vredekloof Primary School’s traditions alive and well.
To establish a body in which members unite.
To add value to the school with synergy between the mutual needs of the school and the Klofie Crew.
To promote participation and leadership by implementing clear, achievable and implementable goals within the needs of the school principles and rules of the School Act, school policy and community values in consultation with the school.
To establish and maintain a strong ethos that focuses on character, culture and tradition.
To foster a healthy spirit of cooperation and trust between all stakeholders by contributing to the growth and continuation of traditions through positive and constructive interaction by supporting, helping to expand and preserve the school culture.

Goals
- The management and marketing of the Klofie Crew.
- The launching and assistance of special projects and fundraisers in the best interest of the school.
- The encouragement of and assistance in participation in Klofie Crew and school reunions as well as social, sporting and cultural activities.
- To strengthen and promote community relations.
- The identification and recruitment of and recognition of Klofie Crew benefactors.
- Putting the necessary structures in place to achieve strategic goals and the establishment of an identity that is consistent with the vision and mission of the Klofie Crew.
- The establishment of a strong link between the school, principal, teachers, scholars, governing body and the Klofie Crew.
- Focus on the maintenance and continuation of promotional actions and projects in consultation with the school and/or governing body as well as the school's marketing arm.

- To monitor the rules and ensure that the club adheres to the established policies and that they are implemented
